- Contact details: name, email and phone / WhatsApp number you give when booking.
- Call information: what you choose to share during your call, and brief notes to support you.
- Payment information: handled by Razorpay. We only receive the transaction reference, amount and status.
- Website data: basic technical data such as device and pages visited, through cookies or analytics tools.
3. How we use it
- To schedule and conduct your call and send reminders.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To respond to your questions.
- To share updates about our services, only with your consent.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with Razorpay (payments), the tools we use to run calls and messages (such as Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp or email), and authorities where required by law.
5. Confidentiality
Everything you share on a call is confidential. Calls are not recorded without your written consent.
6. Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, at any time.
