1. 1:1 Clarity Call (₹99)
- Your ₹99 payment reserves one private 1:1 online call with Vishwa Joshi.
- If we are unable to schedule your call within 7 days of payment, you receive a full refund.
- Once the call has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation and rescheduling
- You can reschedule your call once, with at least 24 hours' notice.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled call, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
- A call missed without notice, or cancelled within 24 hours, is treated as completed and is not refundable.
- If we need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
3. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, the extra amount is refunded in full once verified.
4. How to request a refund
Email joshivishwa999@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +91 90336 21873. Please include your name, payment date and Razorpay payment ID.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (card, UPI or bank account).
6. Service delivery
This is an online service; nothing is shipped. Your call takes place over a video or phone call, and the link is shared on WhatsApp / email after scheduling.
