1. About these terms
This website and the 1:1 Clarity Call are offered by Vishwa Joshi, trading as Life Coach Vishwa ("we", "us"). By using this website or booking a call, you agree to these terms.
2. The service

Any further coaching is offered only after the Clarity Call, and its scope, fee and schedule are agreed with you before any payment.
3. Booking and payment
- Payment is collected securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your call is reserved once the ₹99 payment is successful.
- We contact you on WhatsApp / email within 24 hours of payment to schedule your call.
4. Rescheduling and missed calls
You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. A call missed without notice, or joined more than 15 minutes late, may be treated as completed. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Not therapy or medical advice
This is life and relationship coaching. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological or legal advice, and we do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact a qualified professional or emergency helpline immediately.
6. No guaranteed results
Every person and relationship is different. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Client experiences shared on this website are individual and are not promises.
7. Confidentiality
What you share on your call is kept private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect someone from serious harm. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
